We provide two options for our customers:
1. If you have precise drawings, you can provide them directly to us.
2. If you don’t have drawings, don’t worry. Just provide the external dimensions of the barrel and screw, including outer diameter, length, connection dimensions, etc. We will provide you with assembly drawings based on these dimensions. This data is crucial to ensuring the installation compatibility of our products.

Normally, if everything is clear, we need 1 business day to provide a quote.

Currently, we mainly accept payments via T/T (bank transfer) or letter of credit (L/C).

After placing an order, you can consider the following timeline to estimate the delivery time: including drawing confirmation time, production time, and shipping time from CHUANGRI to your company. The required time will be clearly stated in our quotation and proforma invoice, ranging from 10 to 100 days.

When you order products from CHUANGRI SCREW, we offer a one-year warranty. This warranty applies to all single-screw barrels used for pure plastics. We are committed to assisting our customers in the best possible way to resolve any problems or concerns they may have.
